Shipping TOP

We will do our best to make sure that every order is addressed and fulfilled within 24 hours of receiving it. Every customer is equally important to us and we take pride in providing the best quality service to each and every one of them.
 
Exceptions: If you order an item that is backordered, please note the backordered date and plan accordingly. You will receive an email from us with notification of when you can expect the backordered product to arrive.
 
All orders are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail depending on the order size. Average ground shipping, depending on your zip code, is 7-10 business days (please note that days the post office is closed does not constitute as a business day, ie. Sundays and Holidays).
 
Express shipping is available, but will result in a higher postage charge. If you are interested in Express Shipping, please note this in the memo section of the check-out cart. We will email you a price quote for the items you ordered and give you an estimated arrival date.  
 
 

Exchanges and Returns TOP

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase; however, due to the extremely high costs of credit card processing and shipping, we will only accept returns within 14 days of the ship date. Please note that charges for shipping will not be refunded under any circumstance. We will gladly issue either a merchandise exchange (such as exchanging the size of an item) or a store credit up to 30 days from the ship date.
 
For us to accept your request for an exchange or return, all items need to be intact with all the original tags in place and the product being in the same quality as it left the store in. A credit for the returned merchandise will not be issued until the products have reached us and we are able to determine that the products being returned are still in good quality.
 
Important: Used items (which includes items where the tags are not attached) and personalized items are not eligible for any type of exchange or return.
